I would like to participate in 'Conflict Management with Tracy Edwards', because I never thought of conflict as a possibility for development.
I would love to attend Managing change workshop. Th reason behind this is most people afraid of changes but the changes are not always negative. Most changes are good to adapt and we must know how to manage it when they comes
That´s true, in my case sometimes I feel afraid of the changes in my life, I don't know why, and I believe that being afraid isn't bad, but it's important to know how manage it and to know the changes are part of life.
I would certainly like to attend the conflict management workshop. I think that if we can solve the problems of each member in team, we can create the ways that we can develop our team well. Beside, a manager can manage effectively conflict, they will encourage the employees to improve environment of each teams or companies.
I would like to attend this conference too, I think that this topic is very interesting and you can learn much about leadership, because know how to solve problems can be very effective when working as a team.
I would attended the Leading in uncertain times workshop. I want to know more about to bring confidence to my team in a time of uncertainty and connect everyone tightly
If I had attended, I would choose "Developing creative thinking in your team", since this program would provide us with the necessary tools for innovation within management, in addition to emphasizing catharsis to positively renew personal ideals, which can be useful on a social and communicative level
I would attend the first Morning program conference because it allows me to learn about different management styles and how I can adapt to a team, apply feedback and provide employees with tools to deal with change and to see the positive aspects that any change can bring.

If I attended a conference, I would be interested in one titled Developing creative thinking in your team because this perhaps gives us tools to think about a solution to any kind of problems or uncertainty a team could face.
