I love creative thinking workshop. I think if we have creativity, we can do everything on the right way also with easy way so by this way we can save our efforts in solving problem and explore a new idea which can help our team to make a great job.
I surely would attend conflict management conference. I think ability to deal with this issue would be useful in every situation. Managing conflicts can lead to improvement and welcoming work environment.

I would attend Leading in Uncertain Times. Nowadays we are faced with information explosion which has resulted in Increasing uncertain parameters which shall be considered. So leading in uncertain times is a must.
I would have chosen "Developing Creative Thinking In Your Team" by Mariana Silva, because real success comes from creative ideas. For instance, Edison was successful because he was thinking creatively, and also Einstein was the best physics professor thanks to his creative thinking skills, actually, he still is.
I would like to attend Conflict Management. People manage conflicts in different ways. But I am keen to know how to manage a conflict in a way that can bring about a development.
