All the conference sessions are really good but I would like to attend the Developing Creative Thinking in Your Team conference by Mariana Silva because this will help me explore the different ideas that can help your team see things in a new way.

I will attend the conflict management's session because I will learn more about conflict management which exists in every establishment.

ı would like to attend all conferences because ı already works for a company as a team leader. these conferences would be fantastic for me. also ı am planning to do my own business in the future so especially 'leading a small business' would be amazing.
