I´d use leading in uncertain times, because I have seen a lot of small bussiness close due to uncertainty of the market and lack access to economic resources. Leading in a hard time is an hability that is necesary to manage it in grow in Honduras entrepreneurship.

I'd attend the "Developing creative thinking in your team" conference because I believe creativity is a very important tool for problem-solving and when you think creatively, you can see different perspectives and solutions to a single problem.
