i would attend Giving feedback conference by Amelia Novak because for me that is a skill i need to develop espicially in the workplace in the future , because sometimes you would have to give a harsh but a truth feedbacks to your coworkers or even to your boss , so you would have to be careful with your feedback .
A scheduled conference is something that must be organized and I find it impressive that they are so organized.
Coffee break: The use of storytelling in leadership communication, because I like to listen to the experiences of my superiors to use it as an example and motivate me to follow in their footsteps to achieve the success they have.
interesting topic, good.
I'll attend the " Leading in uncertain times with Omar Abboud" because I think that a leader has to show confidence for rest of the team even in uncertain times. In good moments everyone does a great job and like to show working hard ethic but when uncertain times come, there is one person who isn't hidden and that person is the leader, he needs to bring confidence back e show to his co-workers than this will pass it´s just a bad moment. He takes the responsibilty and tries to make the best choises even when the others people think a litte bit
Managing feedback seems interesting
The conference session i would like to attend is Managing international projects with Alisa Petrov. As a non-native english speaker i often find it difficult to relate with people from other cultures. In this internet era, it is inevitable to connect with others. With growing opportunities it is quite essential to be prolific with communication, be it intercultural. So i think attended this conference would help me in getting better at connecting internationally.
I would like to attend the 'Leading in Uncertain Times' session with Omar Abboud to explore how I can manage my surroundings when facing uncertainty in my job. I also want to maximize my confidence, as there is no escape from these situations. We all need to learn how to deal with them instead of succumbing to anxiety.
