Hello and good morning! Well, we're off to a good start in the south this week, as most of the rain from the weekend has disappeared – just a few patches of cloud and maybe some showers here on the east coast. They'll all clear up by lunchtime, though. Over the next day or so, London and the area around Kent can expect a couple of isolated showers, but mostly dry through until Thursday.
It's not such good news for the north-west this week, I'm afraid: more wet weather, and not a lot of sunshine. Some of today's showers will be heavy – and even thundery in Manchester and across the Pennines. Leeds will escape the thunderstorms, with drizzle and light rain only throughout the rest of the day and tonight.
Elsewhere it becomes dry today, but with some foggy patches towards Wales. In England, tomorrow morning will see a dry, bright start in most places, with high temperatures throughout the week. We might see one or two thunderstorms appearing as the week goes on, with temperatures everywhere at 29 to 30 degrees.
By the weekend, unfortunately, the dry weather will make way for mostly cloudy skies and rain. The rain will move from Scotland, down towards the north and reach the south coast by Saturday afternoon. Temperatures, at least, will stay mostly warm at around 21 degrees for the weekend. It might feel like a nice change from the high twenties and early thirties we'll see in the week. That's all from me until tomorrow. Enjoy the mini-heatwave while you can!
I really like sunny weather and blue skies. In fact, I truly hope that every day I experience always has sunny weather and blue skies. I live in Indonesia, which has a tropical climate. I often feel that the weather here is much hotter compared to other countries, and this can be quite challenging for people who are not accustomed to dealing with hot weather. An interesting fact is that when the weather is very hot, Indonesians often travel outside wearing jackets to protect their skin from the sun's rays.
I perfer cold weather, but the place where i live it's too hot.
What kind of weather do you like best ?
My favourite weather is definetely when the sky is blue without clouds but with a very shiny sun. It gives me the hapiness to enjoy the outside activities. When the sun is deasappering, I prefer much more chilling on sofa and drinking hot chocolate. Scientific proofs were showing that people's hapiness grows up at same time as the sun is. Let's say that sunny days are the best even if bad news that are exhausting our brain! But I'm a rainy day lover too! It remains of Halloween time and Christmas holidays!
I agree with you that sunny weather can definitely lift your mood and make outdoor activities more enjoyable, but I tend to lean towards a more balanced, windy day. I like it when there’s enough breeze to keep things cool, without the heat of the sun making you sweat. It’s refreshing and makes it easy to stay outside comfortably for longer periods. Windy weather for me has that calm yet energizing feel, almost like a natural recharge. Plus, it’s nice to enjoy fresh air without needing a break from the heat!
I prefer sunny weather, because I can go outside anytime, go to work or, hang out with my friends, I especially hate putting on a raincoat, it's uncomfortable and ugly. I only like rainy weather when I'm staying at home, it's peaceful and refreshes the air. It is great to fall asleep and do indoor activities when it's rainy. Warm weather with light, bright sunshine is ideal, as long as it's not too hot or humid.
In Indonesia, we only have two seasons (rainy and dry). I like both of it but when it becomes so hot i often felt uncomfy same as when the rain won stop trough the day.
Here in Egypt, we have all the 4 seasons but the most annoying season for me is summer because of the high temperature and being sweaty and I feel it is the longest season for me meanwhile the most favorite season for me is the winter for sure. Having a cup of hot coffee in the cold air is very encouraging to different things.
In Ecuador, we have two seasons winter and summer. Winter often begin in January and end in May. In this season the weather is warm and rainy. The summer begin from June to December. The weather in summer is cold and cloudy.
Well, In Libya, we have only 2 seasons a year not 4! An extremely summer with a light winter, the summer here is too long, It begins from March till December or January ! I can say The winter here starts from Dec Or Jan to March, they are just 2 or 3 months at most! The average temperature in summer here is about 40 degrees, in winter is about 20 degrees.
So I don't like hot weather, for me I prefer cool or cold weather
