I would attend "Managing change" because change is inevitable in any organization, and learning how to help employees adapt positively would be very valuable.
I would definitely choose coffee break, lunch and conference closing because these are the best times for my body and also makes me feel almost free from this conference.
I would attend the conference with Antooine Martin about Using storytelling in leadership communication because is a topic that have relation with my career and my plans of create a entrepreneurship in setrategies for small business. I'm a believer in the power of a good storie.
I'd like to attend leading small businesses session with Cheng Wei, because right now more and more young adults are creating their own small businesses and most of them are succesful, which is fantastic. For me as a teenager it'll be beneficial and major to know all the sides of small business field

I'm sure I'll attend "Giving Feedback". All of these topics are very important within a business context but, What happens in a environment without good comunication? I think that's essential in our life, in every situation. Therefore, knowing and learning different ways of giving feedback could make feel more confident in situations where I have to give a suitable comunication.
