Jo: These brownies are what I often make when I've got friends coming over. The recipe is really simple, and they are delicious, so I'm going to show you how to make them.
Firstly get together all of the ingredients that you need to make the brownie, the baking tray, the bowl and the spoon.
Then put the chocolate in a bowl and melt the chocolate over a pan of boiling water.
Once the chocolate is melting, then add the butter.
Now, after you've added the butter and the sugar, give it a stir and leave it to cool.
And then beat the eggs.
Add the beaten egg to the chocolate mixture and stir it again.
Now I'm using a whisk to give the mixture a really good stir.
Next, add the dry ingredients, which are flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt, and give it all another big mix.
Once it's all mixed, pour your mixture into the baking tray and then cook your brownie on 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Now the brownie is cooked, leave it to cool and then cut it up into squares.
And here we are, the finished brownie. It's really chocolatey and chewy on the inside and really lovely with a cup of tea.
If you'd like to try to make the chocolate brownie, here's what you'll need:

I rarely cook cake, but my favorite is cake with cottage cheese and fresh berries. I mix all ingridients: flovour, milk, cotage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanila.. than put the berries on tap. Bake in the oven for about hour, and the cake is ready)
