I would absolutely participate management styles with Helena Clerk. It is really important to learn new management styles, because nowadays we all compete with time. A leader who is able to learn new management styles and adopt his/her team will be successful.

I would attend the one that is speaking about "developing creative thinking". Occidental society and occidental management are obsessed about being the most productive team. They are doing rehearsal of basic ideas and don't really beyound the limits of them. We need to concentrat slightely more on modern task and creativity. Moreover, every employees of the teem would be able to give their ideas that are explored after to deal with change.

I would like to join the Conflict management session with Tracy Edwards. You asked why would I do that, I think because sometimes the conflicts lead to a huge problem with the team members and then the development and creativity of our business will stop and lose everything we worked for. So the person must learn how to manage a conflict and lead it.

Hello. I assume I will attend the "Leading in Uncertain Times" program with Ammar Aboud. Why Did I choose exactly this program? It's so simple, because when you are a leader of a small business you have to be confident in all your decisions and your confidence also affects your team.

Q: Which of the conference sessions would you attend? Why?

A: I would like to join Managing change with Akira Yoshida for below reason:

  • Being positive and patient will help you deal with change. When you are willing to change, you can learn to adapt to new environment, colleague, culture.
  • Facing with difficulty, challenge may make you feel disappointed, angry, disorientation, so if you are positive and calm down, you can handle and resolve them or in case of failure, you are still accept it calmly. After all, you still smile and move on.
