I like vegetables. I like carrot, cucumber, potato, tomato, and many more. But I can't eat aubergine or eggplant because I think the taste is weird. But some people says that eggplant tasted like meat. But I don't think so
There are many vegetables I like to eat, among them potato is my most favorite one. I love french fries, baked potato, potato in salads, potato in soups, in fact I just love potato in any form of cooking. I'm totatlly down for any type of dishes that include potato in it.
I do like most of the vegetables as they are important in our daily meal, health and free of sugar and fats specially when it is taken fresh and raw or uncooked.
Salad and curry both of them are taken in meals for every regular meal carrot can be taken as salad but also in cooked meal like soup
