I like all kinds of vegetables in this list. In my country, people generally use them for curries and fried vegetables, not salads, for instance potatoes, aubergines, cauliflowers, so on. And I also enjoy European style salad as it is good for health.

There are some vegetables I can eat separately like carrot, potato, tomato, peas, lettuce, cabbage, pepper, beans, beetroot, cucumber.. And others which I only eat in a soup, I don't really like how they taste, but for their healthy properties I try to mix them in a soup with other vegetables that I like. Cauliflower, aubergine, sweet potato are some of the vegetables I dislike.

I like to eat lettuces with noodles, grilling aubergines, tomatoes, frying potatoes, onions with beef or pork and peppers. I dislike to eat cabbages and cucumbers a lot.
