I choose "Conflict Management".....working in a team with different characters/ personalities can cause problems regularly, as there is no way that you can keep everybody in a team happy. Therefore it would be nice to know how to manage starting and/ or even ongoing conflicts well.
I like all the sessions because each one has something usefull to learn, but I would like to attend "Using storytelling in leadership communication" because I need this skill in order to manage my team effictively.
I would like to attend "Using storytelling in leadership communication" and "Conflict management". In this case leader is very important to manage a team, leading a team effectively make things going well. How to communicate with the team members by using a compelling talking skill and how to avoid and deal the conflict that happen commonly in a team are a kind of management skill we should learn as a leader.
I think avoid or know manage conflicts on the job is a great ability to ownself as a team leader, also it's very important avoid conflicts on the job because that type problem just hinder the team.
I would like to be in conflicts manage session it's very interesting and important topic to me , Because I think the conflicts is opinions difference between people , This conflicts if not manage wisely it can have disastrous results in our life for what ; Only for not agree the same opinions .
I think "Using storytelling in leadership communication" and "Managing international projects" will be interesting for me, because in our live we must work with people from different nationality, culture, idea... First one maybe because I can hear something which can catch me from storytelling.
'Developing creative thinking in your team' could be interesting becasue it's a way to figure out new solutions for problem situations. That could give and extra skill for the whole work team.
I think it's good that you have that thought, it speaks very well of your future goals, I hope you become a great leader and you can be successful in the future
I would like to attend "leading in uncertain times " session..because I think it's so challenging to lead group, give them power and seem confident when you actually not sure and struggling with uncertainty which make person anxious.. Especially someone like me 😅so I would prefer attend this session..
I would like to attend - Leading in uncertain times, as it will be helpful for dealing with the team at the time of uncertainty. A company can go through a phase of uncertainty in many situations. Like the market crash, immediate fall in the product demand, lack of resources, or maybe a pandemic. Hence, this session can be helpful to learn certain techniques about maintaining or even boosting confidence in the team.
