I will attend international project management because intercultural communication in work teams seems important to me. I would like to be able to work with people from other countries in the future, so it would be a great help.

The truth is that the conference looks interesting and the time that I choose will be in the afternoon because in the morning I work part time and I don't want to miss the conference.

I prefer go to conference after of lunch. Therefore I recommend the team that explains conflict mangament sound very interesting 🤔. I could add new ideas and give recommendations about the organization and the teams very relation. I would participate in this team because is necessary the diferentes opinions and perspectives

I agree. The topic is very varied because it is necessary to attract different opinions in the teams, since the benefits are for the whole company. In addition, personal and professional growth will be noticed.
