Student: Excuse me, Ms Henderson?
Teacher: Yes, Diana. How can I help you?
Student: I'm sorry, but I can't come to class next Wednesday. I have a doctor's appointment.
Teacher: OK. Thanks for letting me know.
Student: Is there anything to do at home?
Teacher: Let me just check my notebook. OK, first of all … you need to read chapters 17, 19 and 20 in the book. There are also some articles and a video to watch – those are online. I'll post the links online in the usual place.
Student: Chapters 17 to 20.
Teacher: Yes, except chapter 18. Chapters 17, 19 and 20.
Student: Ah, OK. Um ... is there a deadline?
Teacher: Yes, this Friday. But there's something else. I was going to give you all a practice test.
Student: A practice test?
Teacher: Yes, to help people prepare for the mid-term exam.
Student: Ah. All right.
Teacher: Don't worry, I can send you the practice test by email on Wednesday. Can you send it to me before Friday?
Student: Sure, no problem.
Teacher: And don't forget to bring a certificate from the doctor to the office.
Student: Thanks, Ms Henderson! I'll do that.
Teacher: You're welcome, Diana. Take care.
I have a lot of homework. I like all the kind of homework because I want to learn.
Currently I am studying on my own. no homework, no teacher. I learn English through free documents on the web. There is no deadline, but you need to develop a habit of studying for 1 hour every day.
I am a first-year student, and I have some homework to do. Honestly, there isn’t any type of homework that I particularly like, but I find the homework from listening lessons quite fun. I also want to study listening more deeply because my skills in this area are still lacking.
I have a lot of assignments as a first-semester student. At first, it was difficult because I had to manage my time to complete them. I don’t really like homework, but I also get bored if there’s no homework because I can spend my time working on assignments.
I don’t have a lot of homework, but whenever I am assigned tasks, I always approach them with enthusiasm. The type of homework I enjoy the most usually involves writing, like essays or text analyses. I love exploring new ideas and expressing my thoughts through writing. Assignments like these are not only challenging but also give me the opportunity to learn more deeply about the topics I'm studying.
Do you have a lot of homework? What kind of homework do you like?
As a first semester college student i have a lot of homework to finish. But i also have a lot of time to do it because i have a quite loose schedule.
I personally don't like a homework because i much rather spend my time on something else, but if had to choose one i probably more enjoy doing a homework that involves just a little amount of writing.
Do you have a lot of homework? What kind of homework do you like?
No I don't because ıt's has been two years since I graduated from univercity. However already I dislike homeworks especially writing assigments because they can be quite boring.. But as a teacher I assign homeworks to my students because ıt's essential for their learning. But I try to make it engaging and efficient .For younger students I give practical assigments like creating videos
Firstly, as a teacher, I am a person who gives homework to my students. However, in my daily routine, I have many things to do, such as:
