I think there is something wrong with my joints, maybe arthritis, because I often injure them. Especially, my left knee and my wrists, they are very sensitive to any effort, sudden movement, or heavy weight. I like working out but I feel that my joints are kind of obstacles that don't allow me to go as far as I would like during my training sessions. A couple of days ago, I injured my wrists by carrying more weight than usual in a lat pull-down machine.

It's been more than 3 years I played football because of several ankle, hips and abbuctors injuries. I miss it so much and feel so sad just thinking about it...but anyway, it could be worse ;)

I don't remember many things but when I was 14 I had an accident. One of my fingers was broken and it was suffering too much. Also when we eat something, we bite our tongues accidentially and then it hurts too much.
