Few months ago, i got a minor crack in my ankle. while i was getting down off the staircases. at that time i did not feel pain. but the next day when i woke up in morning my ankle got swollen. I went to doctor. The doctor put a plaster on my foot in order to fix the crack. and asked me to take 10 days rest.
I play cricket on daily basis and often injures one or other body parts. Recently I was doing my net practice and sprained my ankle while chasing the ball. It cost me two weeks complete bed rest. Such accidents are not unusual in my day to day play. Last year I had another severe injury than the last one where I broke my shoulder while caching ball and felt on my side. I had to got to hospital and had a small surgery to repair my shoulder. I took around two weeks to discharge from hospital and another two weeks to get back to work. Even after this many injuries, I still love playing cricket.
yes actually it happen to me often to have this kind of injures due to the fact that i do shotokan karate and in martial art like in other disiplines you get injures ,like we say no pain no gain , the good part of it is that you body start to adapt to it and you recover faster the next times.
When I was a child I went to karate section, and ones, while sparring a boy who I was fighting with hit my thumb by his foot and broke it. That day we came to the hospital and I got gypsum on my hand.
I like to play football, basketball and swimming, once I tried to stand on my feet I injured my toe when I check what happened I sow glass under sand it was caused the hit for my toe.
Except for the spelling error ('fortunately'), yes, that is correct, though some people prefer not to use a comma after a sentence adverb. If you were writing for someone like that, then with the spelling corrected and the comma removed, it would be correct.
