I've had a pain in the back for a long times. I can't seat for working more than 8 hours. these sentence Is that OK Peter?

Hello JAE Aniruth,

Those sentences are not quite correct. Here is one way to say this:

I've had a pain in the back for a long time. I can't work sitting down for more than 8 hours.

I’ve had a pain in the back for these a few days. Or I’m having a pain in the back. Are both sentences acceptable?

Hello Smiley,

The first sentence is fine. The second sentence should have a simple verb, not a continuous form:

I’ve had a pain in the back for these a few days.

I have a pain in the back.

Yes, I have been injured of my wrist and a toe, the first one, was when a was a teenager, I fell down from a house second floor to a first concrete floor, my wrist was discolated and after that my arm was plastered for about a month by a Doctor. My toe was injured because accidentally I hit the drawer cabinet with my left barefoot when I was doing some kind of exercise.
