l like workout in the gym. Owing to the heavy weight of dumbbell and barbell, putting on bracers is necessary to protect my wrist. Furthermore, if you like to do squad or jogging, you should wear the kneepad to release the stress caused by the pressure. Whatever sports you like to do, warming up can avoid your elbows, knees, ankles, and wrists being hurt.

When I was playing with my friends on a school playground, I had a slip and fell over and cut my knee. I got up and walked away, but one of the friends shouted 'Blood!!' I found bleeding from the open wound of my knee! My teacher took me to the hospital right away and put some stiches in the wound. That's the biggest injuer of my life!

I am sad because I can not go to the gym now. I injured the left knee when I was practicing yoga.

I had bad habit, i bite my fingers, and once i fall down from bicycle and injured wrist.

I cut my index finger many times and now it is coverd by scars. I usually twist my fingernails, I know it is not good habit, I do it without thinking.
